Vị trí nhân viên Sale Admin
Yêu cầu:
– Nữ, 22 – 30 tuổi
– Số lượng tuyển: 05 tại Hà Nội
– Trình độ Trung cấp trở lên
– Có kinh nghiệm tele sale, call center. Am hiểu thị trường thực phẩm, đặc biệt ngành hàng thực phẩm nhập khẩu sẽ là lợi thế
– Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn
– Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
– Kỹ năng máy tính văn phòng: word, excel thành thạo. Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm bán hàng là lợi thế
– Sử dụng thành thạo các mạng xã hội: FB + Zalo…
Vai trò, trách nhiệm
– Tiếp nhận, xử lý thông tin kinh doanh, đơn hàng đầy đủ, chính xác và phát triển đơn hàng khi Kinh doanh đưa về
– Phối hợp với các bộ phận: kho, giao nhận, kế toán, kinh doanh để chốt đơn hàng, lịch giao hàng + thanh toán với khách hàng.
– Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng công ty giao
– Đảm bảo hỗ trợ đầy đủ thông tin, thủ tục bán hàng cho hoạt động của các kênh phân phối
– Theo dõi công nợ, lập biên bản xác minh công nợ theo định kỳ (hoặc khi có yêu cầu), nộp về phòng kế toán
– Lập phiếu nhập xuất và chuyển cho bộ phận liên quan, Lập báo cáo tồn kho, báo cáo nhập xuất tồn, Báo cáo bán hàng, Kiểm soát nhập xuất tồn kho
– Chịu trách nhiệm về kết quả công việc trước Trưởng bộ phận và Giám đốc

– Được hưởng mức thu nhập: lương cơ bản + lương hiệu quả.
– Từ 9 – 12 triệu/tháng.
– Lương tháng 13 và thưởng các dịp lễ Tết
