Bước thứ nhất
Không phải nhà xuất khẩu nào cũng được phép xuất khẩu thịt vào Việt Nam. Chỉ có một số doanh nghiệp có tên và mã Code trong danh sách được công bố trên Cục thú y mới được phép xuất khẩu vào Việt Nam.
Cho nên bước đầu tiên, khi muốn nhập khẩu mặt hàng tại nước nào thì phải kiểm tra danh sách các nước và doanh nghiệp được nhập khẩu thịt vào Việt Nam trên cổng thông tin Cục Thú y.
Có thể nói việc kiểm tra rất quan trọng. Nếu doanh nghiệp nước ngoài không có tên trong danh sách được phép, có nghĩa là bạn không thể nhập hàng về Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ lãng phí thời gian nếu như phải bổ sung tên của doanh nghiệp khác khi hồ sơ của bạn bị từ chối.
Sau khi doanh nghiệp nằm trong danh sách các công ty nước ngoài có đủ điều kiện xuất khẩu vào Việt Nam, bước tiếp theo là bạn cần đăng ký với Cục thú y để được kiểm dịch nhập khẩu

– Health Certificate (Giấy chứng nhận kiểm dịch đầu nước ngoài)

Bao gồm Hồ sơ khai quan và hồ sơ Thú y vùng, sau khi chuẩn bị xong toàn bộ hồ sơ, sau đó gửi các bên liên quan như cảng và Hải Quan
